October 19 Weekend - HALLOWEEN AT HERITAGE HILLS

October 19
  • 6 PM - Deadline to register your campsite for Saturday's judging of Halloween decorated campsites.
  • 7 PM  Halloween movie for the kids, Hotel Transylvania 3.  Scheduled for pavilion - may move to clubhouse depending on the weather.  Also - Pumpkin Pail raffle just for the kids at the movie.  Each child 14 and under will receive a ticket for a chance to win the pail - drawing at the end of the movie.


October 20
FROM 10 AM to 12 NOON:
  • Presale tickets for the Haunted House and hayride, in the clubhouse:  
                Kiddie Haunt presale - $3
                Night Haunt presale - $6
  • ​Raffle tickets on sale in clubhouse ($1 each or 6/$5) for Bengals or Steelers fleece blanket.  Proceeds will go towards a Memorial Day 2019 live butterfly release.  Drawing at 11 PM at Saturday's dance.

AT 12:30 PM:
  • Trick or Treat at Heritage Hills - line the road leading to the pavilion with your chairs and bring lots of candy!  In case of bad weather, will be held inside the pavilion.​

AT 2:00 PM:
  • Adult cornhole in the pavilion - last cornhole session of the year
  • Regular price tickets for the Kiddie Haunt on sale in the clubhouse - $4 each - until 4:15 or so

FROM 2:30 - 4:30 PM:
  • Kiddie Haunt, ticket includes a hayride to the Haunt and viewing of the BIG PUMPKIN DISPLAY, entry to the haunt (with lights on, not scary), and outside fun where the kids can try on wigs, masks, etc.

AT 6:30 PM:
  • Regular price tickets for the Night Haunt on sale in the clubhouse - $7 each​

FROM 7 to 9 PM​:
  • Night Haunt, ticket includes a hayride to the Haunt and viewing of the BIG PUMPKIN DISPLAY, entry to Webb's House of Freaks........ popcorn available by the campfire outside!  Be brave........ 

AT 7:30 PM:
  • Judging for all pre-registered Halloween decorated campsites. 

FROM 8 PM to MIDNIGHT:
  • ​The Monster Ball ....... Music with DJ Scott.  Costume judging contest with prizes in four categories (Most Original, Scariest, Most Like Halloween, Best Overall).  Raffle drawings held at the dance for the fleece blanket raffle and the Blackstone griddle.  Prizes awarded for campsite decorations.


October 21
  • ​9 - 4  Golf carts accepted for winter storage in the pavilion - sign up in the office, $50 fee.

October 22
  • ​Black top preparation work on main camp roadway.  There will be limited road access.

October 23
  • BLACK TOP FINAL COAT - ROADS CLOSED FROM 8 AM to 6 PM.  STAY OFF THE ROADS!  Office will also be closed this day.

October 27
  • 9 - 4 Golf carts accepted for winter storage in the pavilion - sign up in the office, $50 fee

October 28
  • ​9 - 4 Golf carts accepted for winter storage in the pavilion - sign up in the office, $50 fee.
